The Extended Panel of QTRACE® INDEL Assays
For the vast majority of patients, there is a choice between multiple informative assays available for the monitoring of chimerism. However, in rare cases including patients receiving a second transplant or highly similar siblings, there may be need for additional markers allowing to distinguish between donor and recipient DNA.
In order to satisfy these needs, JETA Molecular has introduced the Extended Panel of QTRACE® INDEL Assays in March 2020. Thirty-four loci, which are unique to JETA, have been added with the Extended Panel. These Assays are also available in dPCR-validated configurations.
80 Assays for qPCR and dPCR Chimerism Monitoring
The Extended Panel of QTRACE® and DigitalTRACE™ INDEL Assays comprises a pre-arrayed genotyping plate and a set of 34 additional INDEL markers designed to broaden the Standard Panel of 46 QTRACE® and DigitalTRACE™ Assays for chimerism testing.
Together with the Standard QTRACE® and DigitalTRACE™ Assay Panels, our customers may now take advantage of the use of the total number of 80 unique INDEL Assays available for chimerism testing. This makes QTRACE® and DigitalTRACE™ INDEL Assays the widest set of chimerism monitoring markers currently available on the market.
This System is the only commercial qPCR/dPCR test which offers resolution on the order of Short Tandem Repeat Analysis. With 80 bi-allelic loci tested, theoretically every person on the planet will have a unique genotype with our system.
