Novel Workflow or Innovative Multiplexing Approach

With the aim to develop a robust and sensitive system for genotyping of DNA samples using the increasingly popular digital PCR (dPCR) method, we have recently successfully employed a multiplex approach to combine multiple targets in one dPCR reaction.

Results of our analysis will be presented at the virtual EFI 2021 meeting on April 21-23, 2021:

This approach will increase genotyping throughput, lower cost per sample, and enable the entire chimerism workflow to be performed utilizing dPCR.
