DigitalTRACE™ EP - an Extended Panel of assays for 4-color genotyping using the QIAcuity 5plex is now available

We are proud to announce that we have recently developed the DigitalTRACE™ EP QIAcuity Genotyping Plate (Ref. nr. 121305), allowing our customers to use additional 27 markers in their 4-color digital PCR genotyping analysis. The new plate brings the total number of markers available in the 4-colour genotyping to 70, making JETA Molecular´s DigitalTRACE™ by far the broadest panel of INDEL markers for multicolor dPCR chimerism analysis currently available on the market.

The new DigitalTRACE™ EP QIAcuity Genotyping Plate can be used for genotyping of up to 12 DNA samples using the QIAcuity 8.5K 96-well nanoplate. The DigitalTRACE™ EP QIAcuity Genotyping Plate Pack (Ref. nr. 121306) contains two DigitalTRACE™ EP QIAcuity Genotyping Plates.
