Novel Workflow or Innovative Multiplexing Approach

Novel Workflow or Innovative Multiplexing Approach

With the aim to develop a robust and sensitive system for genotyping of DNA samples using the increasingly popular digital PCR (dPCR) method, we have recently successfully employed a multiplex approach to combine multiple targets in one dPCR reaction.

Results of our analysis will be presented at the virtual EFI 2021 meeting on April 21-23, 2021:

To evaluate performance of the QTRACE® Analysis System, JETA Molecular has been participating in various external proficiency schemes (UK NEQAS, ASHI, EFS, INSTAND) for POST-SCT chimerism monitoring, consistently achieving excellent results.

These results, together with an analysis of the agreement of the qPCR and STR method for chimerism quantification, were presented at the ASHI 46th Annual Meeting on October 19-21, 2020. For the first time, this meeting was held fully virtually.
